In order for us to provide the best service to our clients, we collect and use data and information. This may include some or all of the following:

- Details of any contact we have had with you in relation to the provision, or the proposed provision, of our services;

- Details of any services you have received from us;

- Our correspondence, communications and discussions with you;

- Information about any complaints and enquiries you make to us;

- When you submit a contact form or "request a quote" on our website;

Client information is stored within our secure (password-protected and encrypted) online CRM system. MSM does not accept any form of online payment via the website, so we will never request or store your credit or debit card details.

 

We will not keep your personal data longer than we need to. How long depends on several factors, including:

 

- Why we collected it;

- How old it is;

- Whether there is a legal/regulatory reason for us to keep it;

- Whether we need it to protect you or us.

 

4. Do we share your data with third parties and do we transfer it internationally?

 

We will never sell your data to any third parties. We may share your personal data with the following categories of third party:

 

- service providers who support our business operations, such as our client relationship management (CRM) system provider;

- our website hosting and platform provider;

- professional advisers, regulators and law enforcement agencies, where we are required to by law;

MSM operates across both the UK and Italy. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA)- for example, where a service provider we use is based outside these regions, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or a valid adequacy decision, so that your data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection wherever it is processed.

Where MSM or our performers are engaged to provide entertainment at your event, photographs or video footage may be taken during the event, which may include images of you and your guests. We (or our performers) may use this footage on our website, social media channels, or promotional materials, on the basis of our legitimate interest in showcasing our services.

 

If you or any of your guests would prefer not to be included in such footage, or would like footage removed after the fact, please let us know in advance of your event, or contact us afterwards at music@marinasimioni.co.uk, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

9. Security measures

 

We believe in collecting the minimum amount of data from our clients that enables us to provide the highest level of customer service. Nevertheless, we have implemented commercially reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.

 

Furthermore, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a legitimate "need to know." They will only process your personal data according to our instructions and will be subject to a duty of confidentiality.

 

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
