Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the South of France, the three-day wedding at The Beauvallon Hotel was nothing short of perfection. Day 1- DJ/Saxophone Duo Pre-Wedding Welcome Drinks!
The wedding festivities began with a chic welcome party on a stunning terrace overlooking the azure waters of the South of France. A lively DJ and saxophonist duo set the perfect tone as guests sipped on champagne and enjoyed canapés. Whilst the DJ played a four- hour set, the saxophonist serenaded the crowd. The scene was a blend of elegance and joy, with guests mingling, dancing into the sunset, and sharing emotional moments, particularly during heartfelt speeches by the bride’s brothers and father.
Day 2- Dolce Duo – Wedding Day Ceremony and Reception!
Dolce Duo, a singer and guitarist, beautifully accompanied the ceremony. Set on the front lawn of the stunning Beauvallon Hotel, the ceremony featured a breathtaking arrangement of yellow, white, and orange flowers cascading over the stage. As the bride gracefully walked down the aisle, the duo performed “Here Comes the Sun” by The Beatles which was the most perfect song for a day graced by glorious weather and a gentle breeze. Following the vows, Dolce Duo continued their musical charm during the post-ceremony drinks reception on the lawn with a mix of pop and jazz music. As they played, guests were treated to a spectacular tower of Aperol Spritz glasses, poured and served in style by the Bride and Groom, adding a vibrant and refreshing touch to the celebration.
The Novellos – Pre-Dinner Ambiance!
As the sun began to set, The Novellos (minus the singer in this case) which was a four-piece swing band consisting of a pianist, bassist, drummer and saxophonist, filled the air with timeless classics such as “Lovely Day,” “Isn’t She Lovely” and “My Baby Just Cares for Me.” Their smooth, instrumental renditions were a hit, setting the ideal mood as guests prepared to sit down for dinner. The band’s performance provided a perfect transition, blending seamlessly with the day’s relaxed yet sophisticated vibe.
I Ragazzi Roaming Band – Dinner Entertainment!
During the dinner, the lively I Ragazzi Roaming Band energised the atmosphere, moving through each tables and engaging guests with songs like “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” and “Sweet Caroline.” Their dynamic performance added a layer of excitement and joy to the evening, with the crowd eagerly joining in and creating unforgettable memories as they sang along. The guests were accompanied at the end of the evening by I Ragazzi when they treated the bride and groom to a surprise sing-along performance of the iconic "Dancing Queen," with the lyrics cleverly rewritten to reflect the couple's unique love story.
Switch it Up Function Band and DJ – Evening Celebration!
As dinner drew to a close and the renowned tarte tropézienne was savored by all the guests, the evening transitioned into the next stage of celebration and guests were guided to the ballroom where Switch it Up-an eight-piece function band took the stage. Their upbeat set list kept the dance floor packed, ensuring that everyone had an incredible time. Switch It Up Band brought the night to a close with the iconic song "I Had the Time of My Life." As the music soared, the newlyweds wowed the crowd by nailing the famous lift, a moment that electrified the entire room and sealed the night with unforgettable excitement.
The night didn’t end there, as the DJ took over and kept the energy alive, playing until the early hours!
Day 3- DJ and Percussionist – Poolside Farewell!
The final performance was a relaxed yet stylish affair by the pool the day after the wedding. Our DJ and percussionist duo provided a laid-back/upbeat twist soundtrack with songs from artists such as 'Peggy Gou', 'Bakermat', 'Fred Again' and 'Bob Marley.' The guests as they unwound, reminisced about the celebrations, and soaked up the sun. The perfect ambiance was set for a private pool party, rounding off an unforgettable weekend of love, laughter, and music!
